Galley integrations & partners: your whole foodservice stack, connected
The Galley culinary resource planning (CRP) platform plugs into the tools and suppliers you already rely on — POS, distributors, labeling, waste, events, and data — through prebuilt integrations, EDI connections, and an open API.
25+ integration & supplier partners · open API for everything else
Three ways the Galley platform connects
Galley connects to the rest of a foodservice stack three ways: prebuilt integrations with food-tech partners, EDI connections with broadline suppliers, and an open API for everything else — so your recipes, costs, menus, and nutrition data flow wherever your business needs them.
Prebuilt integrations
Turnkey connections with food-tech leaders across POS, labeling, waste, catering, and data — maintained by Galley and our partners, so they keep working as both platforms evolve.
See integration partners →EDI supplier connections
Order guides stay synced with your distributors, invoices arrive electronically, and vendor price changes update your recipe costs automatically — no rekeying.
See supplier partners →Open API
Anything you don’t see on this page can still connect. The open API makes Galley food data — recipes, ingredients, costs, menus, nutrition — accessible to any system your business runs.
How the open API works →Agentic Integrations: your food data, connected to AI
Galley Assist is the AI layer inside the platform, built on Agentic Integrations — AI agents that work across your data. Import recipes from files, URLs, or a prompt; match invoice data automatically; and connect the Galley platform to AI tools through MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Point of sale, labeling, waste prevention, catering, CRM, and data warehousing — the Galley platform keeps food data flowing across the tools your teams already use.
Supplier partnerships
Your data. Your suppliers. Our help.
EDI connections between the Galley platform and the distributors you already buy from keep order guides current, ingest invoices electronically, and update vendor prices automatically — so your recipe costs reflect what you actually paid, not last quarter’s price list.
Cash-back rebates through Buyers Edge Platform. Galley clients earn rebates on products they already buy — zero fees, zero disruption, zero changes to how you order. Read the announcement →

Does the Galley platform have an open API?
Yes. The Galley CRP platform includes an open API that makes your food data — recipes, ingredients, costs, menus, and nutrition — accessible to the other systems your business runs, from POS to accounting. If a tool isn’t listed on this page, the open API is how it connects.
Which food distributors connect to Galley through EDI?
Galley maintains EDI supplier connections with Sysco, US Foods, Performance Food Group, Gordon Food Service, Shamrock Foods, Cheney Brothers, FreshPoint, and Greenleaf, and new distributor connections are added regularly. EDI keeps order guides synced and brings invoices into the platform electronically.
Does Galley integrate with POS systems?
Yes — there is a dedicated Square integration, and other point-of-sale systems connect through the open API, which exposes the recipe, menu, and cost data a POS needs.
Can vendor invoices flow into Galley automatically?
Yes. Invoices arrive via EDI, invoice lines are matched to your existing Galley vendor items, and prices update automatically so recipe costs stay accurate. Invoices that match cleanly can be auto-approved; anything unmatched is flagged for a quick manual review.
Does Galley connect to AI tools?
Yes. Galley Assist is the AI layer inside the platform, built on Agentic Integrations — AI agents that import recipes from files, URLs, or prompts and keep data matched and healthy. The platform also connects to external AI tools through MCP (Model Context Protocol), so your team’s AI assistants can work with Galley recipes, menus, and costs.
