Pricing that scales with your kitchens, not your headcount.
Every plan is one corporate license plus a flat monthly rate per location, with no
per-user fees. Your exact number depends on how many kitchens you run and what we onboard — so a
Galley Food Data Advisor builds it with you, in one conversation, and you see the math.
No per-user fees. Nothing added later that was not on this sheet.

How pricing works
Four things to know before you ask for a number.
Galley pricing is a formula, not a negotiation. Every quote is built the same way — here is the
way, so the number you get makes sense the moment you see it.
One license. One rate per location.
Every plan is a corporate license plus a flat monthly rate for each kitchen on the platform. No per-user fees — your whole team logs in.
Sized to your operation.
Three brackets set the rate: independent and small groups, multi-unit groups, and enterprise. Your footprint and how much food you buy decide which one, and your advisor confirms it with you.
Volume pricing as you grow.
Past 30 locations the per-location rate steps down by bracket, and the lower rate applies to every location — not just the new ones.
Onboarding is one-time, scoped to your data.
Each plan pairs with an onboarding package: recipe migration, vendor imports, configuration and train-the-trainer sessions, priced once alongside your subscription.
Non-profit and affiliate pricing, multi-year agreements and fast-mover incentives all exist — your
advisor will show you what applies.
Start with Recipe Book. Each plan builds on the one before it, so move up whenever your operation
is ready — your recipes and your data come with you.
Which size are you? Onboarding allowances and support below follow your pick.
Not sure which you are? Pick the closest — your advisor confirms it on the call.

The per-location rate applies to every location. Enterprise volume pricing steps the
per-location rate down at 31, 51, 76, 101, 151, 201, 301 and 401 locations, and the lower rate applies to
all of them. Galley CRP is scoped with your team in every bracket.
Onboarding & support
We do the import. You keep cooking.
Every plan pairs with one of four one-time onboarding packages — the plan names on each card

loads your vendor data, configures the platform to your workflows and trains your trainers — then
stays with you through business reviews and a support desk with response times you can plan around.

Your pricing conversation
Thirty minutes with a Food Data Advisor. You leave with the math.
The main thing this page can’t do is know your kitchens. A Galley Food Data Advisor can —
and builds your exact number with you, line by line, in one working session.
Tell us about your operation
How many kitchens, where your recipes live today, which vendors you buy from and what you already use. This sets your bracket and your plan.
We cost one of your recipes, live
Bring your toughest recipe. Your advisor costs it on the Galley platform with your ingredients and prices, so you see what the data does before you see a number.
We size the plan and the onboarding
Which modules you need, how many recipes to migrate, which vendors to import, which EDI connections to set up — scoped on the call, not guessed later.
You leave with the math
A written quote: license, per-location rate for your bracket, one-time onboarding and any add-ons, line by line. The same formula every customer gets.
Every plan is one corporate license plus a flat monthly rate for each location you run on the platform. The per-location rate applies to every location, the rate itself is set by your size bracket, and there are no per-user fees. A one-time onboarding package is scoped alongside the subscription.
Why is Recipe Book the only plan with a price here?
Recipe Book is where most teams start, so we show where its price goes: as low as $26 per location a month at volume, for 401 or more locations, plus the corporate license. Every other number depends on your footprint. Your bracket, your location count, the size of the recipe library we migrate, the vendors we import and the EDI connections you need all move it, and a range wide enough to be true would not be useful. A Galley Food Data Advisor builds your exact number in one conversation, line by line, and you keep the written quote.
Which size am I?
Your footprint and how much food you buy decide it: independent and small groups, multi-unit groups, or enterprise and multi-brand. A restaurant group and a campus dining program with the same number of sites can land in different brackets, so your advisor confirms yours on the call rather than leaving you to guess. If you grow past your bracket, you move up to the next one and keep every recipe and every record.
What does onboarding include?
Each plan pairs with a one-time onboarding package: Basic for Recipe Book, Basic+ for Launch and Essentials, Standard for Growth and Optimize, Premium for Galley CRP. Our team migrates your recipes up to the package’s allowance, loads your vendor data, configures the platform to your workflows and trains your trainers. Libraries beyond the allowance are scoped with you before kickoff — either our team continues the import, or you import the rest yourself.
What is the difference between Growth and Optimize?
They are priced the same and both build on Essentials. Growth adds inventory, purchasing and a live EDI connection — the supply side. Optimize adds advanced menu engineering — the menu side. Galley CRP includes both.
Is a pricing conversation a sales pitch?
It is a working session with a Food Data Advisor on your operation: your recipes, your vendors, your locations. You see one of your recipes costed live, you leave with a written quote, and there is nothing to buy on the call. If the fit is not there, your advisor will say so.
Are there discounts?
Yes. Non-profit and affiliate pricing is available, multi-year agreements carry a discount, and we can offer incentives for projects that move quickly. Your advisor will show you what applies.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Usually in the first conversation. Bring your location count and one recipe and your advisor can size the plan and the onboarding package on the call. Send vendor data and recipe content ahead of time and we can get you up and running fast.
Next step
See your numbers on the Galley platform, live.
A pricing conversation here is a working session on your operation, with your recipes and
your vendor data — and you leave with a plan and a price.
A working session on your operation with a Food Data Advisor, not a canned pitch.
Bring your toughest recipe. We’ll cost it live on the Galley platform, with your numbers.
We’ll size the right plan and onboarding package for your locations on the spot.
You leave with a written quote and the math behind it. Nothing to buy on the call.
